Serenity Stream Yoga presents The Extreme Get Fit Stay Fit Challenge

Riverview, Florida – Beginning January 19th Serenity Stream Yoga will be challenging the community to take control of their health and change their lifestyle. The Extreme Get Fit Stay Fit Challenge participants will meet 1 day a week for 8 weeks to attend weight management seminars which will teach them healthy eating habits, cooking techniques, weight training exercises for their fitness goals, yoga postures, cardiovascular exercise techniques for weight loss and the proper way to start and maintain an effective exercise program for their lifetime. Participants will go through a series of exercise challenges and personal self-tests the first week of the contest to track their progress and watch them reach their health and fitness goals. The eight week program includes unlimited yoga, pilates, and ZUMBA classes at Serenity Stream Yoga, a 2 month membership to Anytime Fitness, a half hour personal wellness coaching session, a half hour session with a personal trainer at Body Nutrition, Inc and all the tools needed to take control of your health! A $800 value for only $399!

Run by one of Serenity Stream’s own yoga instructors, Abby Eastman is ready for a new group of community members eager to change their lives. This will be Abby’s third year running the Extreme Get Fit Stay Fit challenge. Abby is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine, certified Yoga instructor registered through Yoga Alliance, certified group exercise instructor and holds both a bachelors and masters degree in Exercise Physiology. She has first hand experience watching people take control of their weight and their health with this simple and easy to follow lifestyle makeover. Participants from last years Extreme Get Fit Stay Fit program are still talking about their thrilling results. One participant, “John” has lost more than 25 pounds, lowered his cholesterol from 285 to 181 and his blood sugar has dropped from 280 to 102! John says, “I feel great and know I am healthier!” Other participants report feeling more energetic, sleeping better, their doctors taking them off of blood pressure medication, lower triglycerides, a loss of 5 inches of their hips and waist areas and an average weight loss of more than 10 pounds! All combined the participants (125 people) of last years program have lost nearly 900 pounds, that is over 3 million calories! They all stand taller, walk stronger, have more energy and are now practicing a more balanced lifestyle.
