"I first began coming to Sherry for private yoga lessons because I was seeking a way to improve my overall physical condition and reduce the stresses of every day life.  As a working mother of two toddlers, I am seldom afforded the luxury of personal time to spend on myself.  Sherry has helped me to see that by taking care of myself, I am able to be a better caretaker.   Through Sherry's patient facilitation of my yoga practice, she has helped me to strengthen my body and my spirit.  She is ever mindful of my own personal goals and needs and works with my strengths to improve my weaknesses.  We have focused on building my overall strength, the health and flexibility of my shoulders and hips and a conscious awareness of my body.  Through practicing with her in private, one-on-one lessons, I have becoming physically stronger, more flexible, better in tune with my body and better able to deal with daily stress in a more even, flowing manner than ever before.  Perhaps one of the most important things that I have gained through my practice with Sherry is the realization that I am a strong, beautiful, capable woman just the way that I am.  Through empowerment, we find strength that we never knew we had!  Namaste and may peace be with you!"
