What is Natural Health Counseling?
Natural Health Counseling is a down to earth, common sense approach t0wards educating, supporting and inspiring you to transform your old eating & lifestyle habits into easy to apply, dramatic improvements in your health physically, mentally & emotionally.
By combining holistic nutrition & health education, wellness coaching, and stress management techniques you can tranform your habits and gain the ability to improve every area of your life with the support and assistance of an experienced coach and get results as fast as you want!
Most coaching conviently takes place over the telephone, which allows you the freedom of improving your health, without creating the added stress of having to drive to an appointment amidst your already busy schedule.
Twice a month for an hour (or each week if you prefer) you get all attention focused on you & your unique health concerns from someone who carefully listens to everything you are saying and is qualitfied to help. She will develop a simple action plan with you to crowd out your old, destructive habits and create lifestyle and eating habits that are empowering, delicious and fun. You will discover new foods, activities and may find parts of your personality you never let shine before!

I adhere to the theory of bio-individuality which is the theory that each person has their own personal nutritional needs.
